At the heart of what we do is our exemplary staff: the therapeutic, social, and operational team, which provides a range of services and meaningful connections with those coping with military-related post-traumatic stress disorder.
The team consists of experienced professionals who work at varying frequencies, as needed, along with additional guidance and training while gaining practical experience and developing expertise.

CEO

Haim Held hails from the field of strategy consulting and creative marketing. With extensive experience in planning, managing, and leading teams and complex projects and working with public bodies and large organizations.

Head of Therapy

Ziv Navon is a certified psychotherapist in social work and expression and creation therapy.
Has extensive experience in treating men in life crises. Loss, divorce, and dealing with post-trauma.
Specializes in treating individuals with autism and their families, coping with disabilities and limitations, behavioral problems, anger management, and crisis management.

Clinical Therapist

Reut Yefet holds an M.A. degree in clinical social work B.A. in social work (with distinction). Guides mindfulness groups for children and has practical experience in mental health.

Clinical Therapist

Yamit Avital, an M.A. intern in movement therapy. B.A in education and instruction in dance and movement. Works with professional dance and movement groups—a rehabilitation Pilates instructor.

Clinical Therapist

Rotem Ahuvia holds an M.S.W. in social work, with therapeutic experience in treating individuals who have experienced life crises, divorce, severe illnesses, loss, and trauma.

Social Coordinator

Matan Isaacson, a therapist in-touch professions, an assistant teacher at Reidman College, a medic and volunteer in MDA and the police, and a military service graduate as a fighter in the Golani Brigade.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga Instructor

Gilad Shafir, a permanent service graduate as a fighter in a special unit, a certified yoga teacher specializing in trauma-sensitive yoga, and a reversing workshop guide.

Therapeutic Dog Training Guide

Chen Schneider is a certified dog trainer and service dog trainer. Owns a business for therapeutic dog training for over five years, specializes in emotional work and long-term processes that include adapting the dog to the patient's natural environment.

Chen Lustig

Reserve Lieutenant Colonel. Over 20 years in the IDF and the defense services in operational core roles.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Bar-Ilan University.
Co-founder of “Toorev” company in the field of Urban Intelligence.

Sarita Feld

Air Force course director.
She studied architecture and design.
Owner of Echo Design Architecture and design studio.
A sculptor and emotional therapist.

Sagiv Kadman

Married, father of two, a resident and community member in the Negev.
Retired from the Prime Minister's Office after 20 years of operational service.
Reserve Lieutenant Colonel, regular and reserve service in the Paratroopers,
later additional service as a commander in the Special Operations Host in Intelligence.
Holds a bachelor's degree in sociology and, a master's degree in business management, another master's degree in public policy.
